Moving a Grand Piano Directly onto the Viktoria Plzeň Stadium
On 19 April 2026, we took part in the ceremonial programme for Viktoria Plzeň’s anniversary match, marking 15 years since the club won its historic first league title.
A football stadium is not exactly a typical place for installing a concert grand piano. That is why this project was truly special for us. As part of the ceremonial programme for FC Viktoria Plzeň’s anniversary match, we handled the careful transport, professional handling and installation of a grand piano directly inside the stadium.
An anniversary match and a ceremonial moment at Viktoria Plzeň
On this occasion, Viktoria Plzeň commemorated 15 years since winning its historic first league title in 2011. For one evening, Doosan Arena became not only a football stadium, but also a place of celebration, memories and emotion.
Our task was to ensure the safe installation of a concert grand piano for the ceremony and, once the event was over, to move it carefully back again. With this type of project, precise coordination, timing and maximum care during handling are absolutely essential.
When a stadium turns into a concert stage
In a standard move, we usually deal with access, floors, lifts and transport routes. Here, we also had to work around the exact schedule of the event, movement inside the stadium and the need to have the grand piano safely prepared on time for the ceremonial programme.
